Mandatory in Spain from 5 October 2026
Offline. Encrypted. Ready for the Guardia Civil in one tap. DeCMR turns the new legal duty into the simplest thing in your day.
Tell us who you are
The law is the same for everyone; the way you comply with it is not. Pick your case and we take you straight to it.
I drive myself. I issue and show my own document from my phone, with no dashboard and no fuss.
See my case →I manage drivers and lorries. The document reaches every phone on its own.
See fleet plans →I subcontract the haulage. I create the document and invite the carrier.
See how it works →I want it inside my ERP/TMS, with an API, an SLA and an annual contract.
Talk to sales →The countdown has already started
From 5 October 2026 the paper control document loses its legal validity in Spain — on every journey you load or unload here. If your digital document does not come up at the check, the vehicle can be immobilised.
How it works
The QR code and the PDF live inside the phone. On a mountain pass or in an underground loading bay, the document comes up all the same. Nothing to download at the worst possible moment.
One huge button lights up the screen, blocks the back gesture and shows the QR code ready for the officer's scanner. Zero friction, zero mistakes on the hard shoulder.
No GPS tracking, no tracking cookies, no advertising. The PDFs are generated on the device itself. The document is identified by a UUID that cannot be enumerated.
Why DeCMR
Encryption at rest with our own key (AWS KMS), eIDAS advanced electronic signatures and an architecture aligned with the Esquema Nacional de Seguridad (Spain's national security framework). Your data, locked down.
Offline-first for real: the document opens instantly with no connection. A payment failure never breaks Roadside mode — a bounced payment must not earn you a fine.
Thorough legal compliance: Ley 9/2025 (the Spanish Sustainable Mobility Act), Orden FOM/2861/2012 (the Spanish order governing the control document), Resolución de 5-jun-2026 (its technical requirements), GDPR and eIDAS. The document is held in custody for the full year the law requires.
Roadside mode
Brightness at maximum, giant QR code, zero interaction. The PDF is served over an obfuscated URL with no passwords and no CAPTCHAs, exactly as the law requires.

Engineering for trust
Encryption at rest with a key we manage ourselves, auditable and with cryptographic erasure.
Advanced electronic signature over the data itself, with the private key on the signer's own device. And a timestamp embedded in every signed document: the time is proven, not declared.
No GPS tracking, no cookies, no advertising. The place of a signature is only attached if the signer switches it on. Data minimisation and retention bounded by law.
Serverless infrastructure inside the European Union, scalable and with no single points of failure.
Pricing
A single minimum penalty pays for years of DeCMR. The driver's app is free, always.
More than 50 lorries? Enterprise, from 599 €/month
Prices exclude VAT. Extended archive retention of 7 years: included in Fleet M and Enterprise; optional in Owner-operator (+5 €/month) and Fleet S (+20 €/month). The plan button opens the dashboard: you register, choose a plan and pay — today with the payment gateway in test mode.
Large operator
B2B API, roles built to fit, SLA and dedicated support, ready for eFTI, and an annual contract your procurement team can file. From 599 €/month, fixed price.
Carry it in your pocket
The apps are in the final stage of publication. In the meantime, managers can already issue documents from the browser.
Only to tell you about the launch: no newsletters, no sharing with anyone. Your address is deleted after a year, or whenever you ask. Privacy
Beyond Spain, too
The same document, issued under the CMR Convention: with its jurisdiction clause, the particulars it requires and labels in two languages. Valid in 40 countries across Europe and its neighbourhood.
